[Tsuzuki is seen walking into the showers, with a towel around his waist of course. His gollem stalker films him trying to turn on a shower, but for some reason it won't let out any water. After glaring at it a moment, the showerhead turns to hiss at him. He gasped jumping back, hovering in the air a bit.]

What the hell?! First weird storms! Now snake showerheads!

[His face grows serious as he folds his hands together. Closing his eyes, he begins to chant.]

Of the twelve gods that protect me, appear before me! Come forth, Byakko!

[Suddenly, a wind swirls within the bathroom, catching the gollem in the whirlwind. Before it crashes, the winds steady in one current, revealing a massive, white tiger that roars at the hydra that has immerged. As the beast snaps at the shinigami, Tsuzuki flips back to the tiger and hugs it.]

Byakko! Oh my god, it worked!

Missed you too, pal, but I think this guy's mad I showed up!

Right! Reunions later! By the power of Solomon, be thou judged!

[As Tsuzuki casts Ofuda spells, Byakko roars, producing bubbles of air that fire at the Hydra. It snaps at Tsuzuki's limbs trying to bring him down from the air. When it snaps at the tiger, Byakko chops down on it neck, hurling the beast out of the shower. The two chase after it as it escapes the bathroom.]

[ooc: After wrestling in the hall, Tsuzuki and Byakko kill it, and Tsuzuki passed out. Byakko is sitting in the hall next to him as they both heal up. Tsuzuki got the curse though. Sorry about the bathroom though guys...]

Oh! Right! Tsuzuki! Hisoka? Hm... Well, the kid has been through a lot lately. I think he's kinda afraid of being overshadowed by Tsuzuki's power. He really wants to capture Kurikara, but that's not a good idea, since he's been exiled for thousands of years for a reason. Deep down though, I think Hisoka just wants to make sure Muraki won't take Tsuzuki away again. I know how he feels there...

Oh. Hm.

Though I guess Hisoka is the kind of person you have to meet and make your own opinion of him. He's not a bad kid. He's just distant, is all.

Well distant makes sense since he's an empath and all that.

I'm sure being isolated for most of his life didn't help either.

No, I don't see how it would.

That's why he and Tsuzuki work though. They're like family to each other. Tsuzuki lost his family, and now, Hisoka is finally getting a family that cares. It's kind of nice when you look at it like that.

Souryuu is still a big jerk to him though. He should really give the kid a break...

Family unity is something everyone should have. I don't know what I'd do without my friends back home. I'd be really lonely.

[Hangs head and mumbles.] Yeah. Well. New friends... I guess.

Don't you have Smoker? He's from your home, right?

We were enemies in my world. Yeah, things are different here, but my brother, my crew... I have to rely on them to protect each other. And I do trust them for that, but I'll never even really know how it turns out.

Enemies? You don't speak of him like he were... Who knows though? You might find out yet. That power that brought you here isn't gone, right?

He was among those who wanted me dead-- No, I suppose that's not quite right to say.

He's a marine, but he fights for his own justice. He's much more like my Grandfather. But when we first saw each other here we almost tore the infirmary apart.

Yeah... I'm not sure I should be wanting anyone to wind up here though.

As far as comrades trying to tear each other apart, you haven't met the rest of the gang! Suzaku tries to kill Touda every chance she gets these days. Souryuu and Rikujo are always plotting against each other, and Souryuu has nearly killed Tsuzuki on multiple occasions. Suzaku only comes close to kill him with her affection! Yeah! That's completely normal for us, pal! You guys fit right in!

No, I want to see them again. Desperately. But this isn't their world, their place. For me it's better than nothing, better than death. But they have their own dreams and goals to follow.

[Laughs at that.] Well, we don't always fight each other but good to know!

Why do Suzaku and Souryuu almost kill Tsuzuki? [Tone goes RIGHT BACK to dark again, but he's still smiling.]

That's noble of you, sacrificing your desires for theirs. I'm sure good will come to you for that.

Well, Souryuu thinks that Tsuzuki should act more becoming of a master and have be such a goof, so he has grabbed Tsuzuki every now and then to lecture or try to scare the life out of him. Souryuu is one of Tsuzuki's strongest shiki after all. I think it's his reputation in Gensoukai that the old dragon's fussing over though. Suzaku just doesn't always look where she's swinging her sword sometimes, or she pounces Tsuzuki and nearly smothers him to death...

.... Yeah, don't count on it.

I see. [Laughs.] So she really likes him?

Hasn't something already?

I don't know! I don't understand her bird brain half the time, but she's my friend all the same. She says that she loves him, but I don't know to what extent that goes. Part of me thinks she's like a mother hen...

... Tsuzuki I guess. And being alive. But I'm only trouble for most of my friends. I just hope Smoker evens it out.

I really wish you could meet her now. You sound like you'd get along; at least, in my mind I see it.
