Timezone and Scheduling Issues: I'm on the east coast near DC. My best times to get on are after work - which is five - and the weekend. However, as Life is odd, expect me more on the weekends. I do get on at work sometimes when I know I won't be available after work, but it won't be a constant.
Posting/Jumping/Thread-Dropping: Threatjumping doesn't bug me. Dropping? Eh! Stuff happens! If you want to pick back up, I don't mind. I will warn you that I - like Tsuzuki - like to chat...
Comfort Levels: I'm guessing this means boundaries. Those are all on you. I'm up for just about anything. I'm more worried about your comfort than anything...
Concrit/OOC issues: I'll listen to what you have to say, but you'll need to back it up with specific stuff. This canon can be tricky.
Essays and Memes: I'm not good at making memes, so you'll know when a meme has been posted. Essays...? 
AU-ing: I'm up for it as long as we talk about it beforehand.
