[Tsuzuki is seen walking into the showers, with a towel around his waist of course. His gollem stalker films him trying to turn on a shower, but for some reason it won't let out any water. After glaring at it a moment, the showerhead turns to hiss at him. He gasped jumping back, hovering in the air a bit.]

What the hell?! First weird storms! Now snake showerheads!

[His face grows serious as he folds his hands together. Closing his eyes, he begins to chant.]

Of the twelve gods that protect me, appear before me! Come forth, Byakko!

[Suddenly, a wind swirls within the bathroom, catching the gollem in the whirlwind. Before it crashes, the winds steady in one current, revealing a massive, white tiger that roars at the hydra that has immerged. As the beast snaps at the shinigami, Tsuzuki flips back to the tiger and hugs it.]

Byakko! Oh my god, it worked!

Missed you too, pal, but I think this guy's mad I showed up!

Right! Reunions later! By the power of Solomon, be thou judged!

[As Tsuzuki casts Ofuda spells, Byakko roars, producing bubbles of air that fire at the Hydra. It snaps at Tsuzuki's limbs trying to bring him down from the air. When it snaps at the tiger, Byakko chops down on it neck, hurling the beast out of the shower. The two chase after it as it escapes the bathroom.]

[ooc: After wrestling in the hall, Tsuzuki and Byakko kill it, and Tsuzuki passed out. Byakko is sitting in the hall next to him as they both heal up. Tsuzuki got the curse though. Sorry about the bathroom though guys...]

Naw! Tsuzuki never lets us at the guy. He's got a not-a-hair-on-his-head policy. It could be because Tatsumi is a Shadow Shifter, and he doesn't want us getting swallowed by shadows... Ever since we were in that book though, I know it's something else though. I don't know what though.

Shadow? [Shivers slightly despite being made of fire.] Right...

Dunno.

I've never seen him use a shadow, but apparently, he is only one of two in the whole Minstry of Hades that knows the art of shadow manipulation. He's called the Secretary of Hades... He must like desk work. Then again, I remember when he was Tsuzuki's partner.

Maybe he still likes his old partner.

You think he might? I mean, I know he likes t have friends and all, but you think that's why?

I should ask Suzaku when I get back. She always seems to get stuff like that, but then she gets all pink in the face and giddy. It's so... girlly...

[Bursts out laughing.]

Sorry... I was just trying to imagine Marco getting blushy and girly... you have no idea how funny it is.

That's exactly like Pops!! Except Pops is really really big. And he has this awesome mustache -- like the one in my tattoo! [Demonstrates.] But he never stops drinking, even when he was hooked up to IVs and stuff and he collects nurses. He's awesome!

Genbu has a long mustache, too! His tortoise form is HUGE though! He's makes the ground shake wherever he walks! I'm a cub next to that turtle! Hahaha!

Hah! Then he really is just like my Pops! That's awesome!

Your father sounds awesome too! He'd like the parties at Suzaku's palace. Lots of food and booze!

Hey Byakko... There's stuff after death, right?

Of course there is! Life is a cycle. Like energy, it doesn't just end, spiritually or naturally. Physically, the body becomes part of something else, whether that be nature or humanity. As far as the spirit, that binds to something else and lives on. No matter where you are, or who you are, we are all in a cycle. Death is never really the end.

Heh. All right. Thanks. [Tries to force an appreciative grin, that at least he does mean.]

I know that look... Is it hard to believe that for you? I know a lot of people have trouble believing it, but I wouldn't lie to you, Ace.

No, I believe you... I just didn't used to. I thought people lived, they died and that was it. And I figured if there was anything more, then I'd be with Thatch and my Pops again.

Rebirth is a strange thing, Ace. The bonds between people are stronger than even they know. You might be with them yet. It just might be a little while.
